About

Bridgitte graduated in Summer 2020 with her Master of Arts in English Literary Studies at Georgia State University. In the years prior to accepting her first high school English teaching position, she split her time between teaching undergraduate students how to cultivate critical thinking skills and nuanced arguments, and writing her thesis on Anglo-Saxon bird folklore and their ties to clothing culture. She currently teaches 11th grade American Literature.

Some eight weekends a year, she volunteers at conventions in and around Atlanta in many different positions, varying from Director of Volunteers to Room Lead in Technical Operations.

Bridgitte spends her downtime designing clothes and Dungeons and Dragons modules alike. Her favorite creations are her A-line 50s dresses, but she alters clothes of all kinds, as well as produces costumes for herself and her clients. She also designs embroidery designs and patches, vinyl stickers, and plush toys. She has only been running D&D5e games for about three years, but has played extensively (and in various dice-based systems) since 2009 with consistent party cohesion.
